Arlo Pro has 720p resolution. Pro2 has 1080p but with the compression, the difference isn't massive.
Pro 2 with continuous AC power can record 3s of video before a motion event

Pro 2 with continuous AC power can have CVR (continuous video recording) for an additional fee
Arlo Pro still appears better in very dark conditions
Arlo Pro has a black bezel and Pro 2 has a white bezel
