The base station is different. The VMS4330p uses the VMB4000 base; the VCS3000C uses the VMB3500 base.
The VMB3500 has no USB ports, so you can't attach local storage. It also doesn't support the Pro 3 camera.
The VMB4000 is a more capable base, but of course price factors into this too. The VMB4000 by itself costs about $80US (current Amazon price), so if the price difference between the two systems is more than that you might as well go with the VCS3000.
