Mainly the Arlo Q\Q Plus is not rated for outdoors and seems to be better fit for indoors the Arlo Pro 2 is rated for outdoors, but still works well for indoors as well as it can be completely wireless. The Arlo Q\QPlus needs a power connection. You can compare them here.
