What is the connector size of the power adapter P/N 332-10750-01 used in VMB4000 base station

My Arlo power adapter, part number 332-10750-01 has become faulty and need to be replaced. Can someone please confirm if the connector size is 5.5x2.1mm or 5.5x2.5mm? Thank you.

I don't have anything that can measure to that level of precision so can't directly answer the question. I would think either would work given the small difference. Others have used universal power supplies with interchangeable tips successfully and I doubt the tips are offered in that small of a difference.

Have you contacted support to invoke your 1 year warranty?
