Wasserstein Arlo Pro 2 solar does not recharge

I bought 2 Arlo Pro 2 cameras which used the batteries within 2 weeks.  I then bought two Wasserstein Arlo Solar Panel Compatible with Arlo Pro 2, Pro, Go & Light.  Neither solar panel ever charged the cameras to 100%.  The Arlo app showed that the camera was being cahrged by the solar panel.  After two weeks both bateries needed to be recharged and I had to take both back into the house to recharge.  It is a pain every two weeks to take the cameras down when the solar panel is supposed to keep them charged.  This occurs in the middle of summer.

The solar panels are supposed to fully charge the cameras.  What can be done to correct this issue?

Arlo doesn't recommend using non-Arlo accessories of course.  You could try returning them and get the Arlo panels (VMA4600).

Bu others here might also have experience with the Wasserstein models, so perhaps give them a chance to chime in.
