Volume in cameras are very low where you can't hear. Tried on Android and iPhone.

Volume in cameras is very low to the point that one can't even hear it. I noticed a few post but no solutions for it. I've reset system numerous time and no changes. I got my son and my moms same system and also the same problem. Can any one help? I have android and my son has Iphone.
