Videos not showing up in my Library using the iOS app, but they do in my browser

Hi folks. I'm running 12.4.1 iOS and version 2.74 of the Arlo app. When I go to the Library section of the app, I'm only shown a handful of videos for any day I choose. When I login via a browser on my laptop, I see all the videos recorded that day. Thus far, Arlo support has offered no answers. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi @sethb,
Make sure that you don't have filters set on your Library. You can go to "Library", tap on "Filter", and make sure you have all your cameras picked.

Hi Jessica. Thanks for the reply. The opposite actually seems to be the case. I checked and I did not have any filters applied. However, when I added a filter I was actually able to see MORE videos than without. If I filter on something I'm presented with ALL the videos matching that filter for that day. If I use no filter at all, I'm presented with only a few videos.
