Hi y’all, I’m new here. Few weeks ago I bought Arlo pro 2 with base station VMB3500. I don’t have any subscription. I installed the camera on Jan 9, and all worked fine, motion detected, etc. But on Jan 21 I realized the videos missing from library. It’s like videos from Jan 9-16 never existed. Plus, motion detector is not working. Even though I checked the settings and all seems to be fine. I’m really surprised with this, Arlo products are not affordable and I expected better from them. I read old similar posts but none was very helpful. That’s why I am posting here.

Have you rebooted the base? What are the LEDs on the base showing?
