Video quality no longer 1080p after updating app 2.6.0

I can tell right away after updating the app to ver 2.6.0 the videos from my library are not 1080p anymore, it’s more like 720.

Netgear you need to fix this ASAP!

Are your cameras set to best video quality? You can find this under Settings > My Devices > selected desired camera > Video Settings > Power Management

Yes it is set to best quality. All my problems started after updating to app ver 2.6.0. I didn’t change any of my settings.

Still no improvement in video quality after app ver 2.6.1. Videos in library are not 1080p anymore!

I bought two Arlo Pro 2’s mainly for it’s higher resolution over the Arlo Pro. Why am i getting Pro quality videos?

 

Netgear, i know for a fact this resolution issue is related to ver 2.6.0. You can ask all the questions you want about my video settings, firmware update etc. i assure you it’s none of that.

I agree with you after the update the video quality isnt the same. I feel like my pro 2 is now just a pro at 720p
