I previously set my quality of video on the app to best quality. When I logged on my laptop and I noticed it was saying best battery. So, I change it on the laptop to best video and when I checked the phone app it was saying best battery. So, I then set it to optimized and checked the laptop and it was showing optimized.
How do we know which is the correct setting for best quality, the phone app or the laptop?

For this, I'm using the app. One way to tell what the actual setting is would be to download the video and check the details of the file. Best is 1080, optimized is 720,.
