phone shows motion detected in library but will not let me view them on my phone. I can view on my laptop. this just started it was fine yesterday.

Have you rebooted the phone and/or reinstalled the app? Does it happen on both WiFi and cell service?

yes I have turned the phone off and back on. have not uninstalled the app. an my data is off but it has always worked on my wifi until today. It shows there are videos but they just look white when I click to view its all black.
