VMS4330 Not Recording. Tried restarting, setting zone. On Smart Premier plan.

My Arlo has stopped recording. Is anyone else experiencing this? I can see lots of posting on the support group but no resolution. I'm running 2x VMS4330P.
Tried restarting, setting zone. I'm on the smart premier plan.

Hey jaytee2807,

 

Are you using custom mode and/or activity zones? Try testing using the default "Armed" mode without the activity zones to see if you're seeing any recordings to your library.

Default. It just stop working.
I’ve change to active zone still no go.

My last options are to reset everything and setup again.

Noticed lots of post on stopped recording. Is this a known issue?

The issue with recording not working should be resolved. If you're still experiencing the issue, try to reboot your Base Station to see if that helps.
