VMB4000r3 HomeKit tv doesn't work anymore

I connected to Apple HomeKit because the Apple TV Arlo app no longer works. I can see my cameras fine on my HomeKit app on my iPhone but on the Apple TV they all say, “no response”. I have seen a lot of things about a token reset but I have no idea what that is. Thanks

Please reach out to the Support Team to further investigate this issue you are experiencing. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to Settings/System/Support.
