This morning, my arlo app indicated that I need to update the firmware. It indicates that I need to update to version 1.14.0.2_2776. I select the Update Firmware from the app and the Devices indicate the firmware is being updated. After about 30 seconds I still get that a firmware update is required message on the Device status page. Seems like the firmware is not being updated. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Unplug the base station for a short while.
