Hello, I have been trying to get my hub to connect to the application with no luck. Contacted Arlo some time ago and was told to open some gateways, which I did once I contacted AT and T for help on how to do this. Still the Hub will not connect to the application at all the Internet light and the power lights are both solid green. I am very disappointed.

Is a VPN in use? If so, disable it.
I had a base a few years ago that looked like all was well but I couldn't add it to the account. Resets didn't help. A second base worked first time so I recycled the first one.
