Unplugged Arlo Pro 2 Base Station accidentally. Can't connect to Internet and shows 3 yellow LEDs.

Hey! I’m not super tech savy! I unplugged my arlo base station accidentally. Now it won’t re-connect to my internet. any help would be muchly appreciated!
The base station has three yellow lights. The middle one is flashing. Can anyone help me?

That is not good. If the Power (left) LED is orange, then the base station is "booting". It should be green after it boots up.
The manual for your base station explains what the LEDs mean. Get your manual here:

Simply turning the power on/off should not cause this.
If the power LED stays stuck on amber, then you may have to perform a factory reset on the thing. Again, check the manual.
The middle LED is the Internet one, that will turn solid green when it gets an Internet connection through your router.
