How do I contact US support?  I am having log in and device issues.  I cannot find any number to call for the US, the live chat does not have any representatives, and I literally cannot get through the virtual assistant to talk to a human being.

I had an account with my roommate, who hosted our account.  My roommate has left, I'm trying to set everything up in my name now.  I have the app and am logged in.  I am trying to log in on my laptop, I'm getting the 'We don't recognize this device' so it says it is sending a push notification to the app on my phone but I'm not getting it on my phone.  I've checked all of my settings, but I don't think my phone is the issue.

Before you get too far, your ex-roomie has to have removed all devices from his account or nothing will work for you. Did he do that? If not, contact him and have him do so.

Someone please help.  I can't live chat with a representative because I don't have a paid subscription.  I can't get a paid subscription because I can't log in on my laptop.  I can't log in on my laptop because I am not getting the push notification to the app on my phone to authorize my laptop as a trusted device.  This is a vicious cycle that I can't break because there is no way for me to talk to anyone.

Try choosing another verification method when the log on fails.  Then select email.

I don't get an option.  I try to log in, it goes to the page for sending a push notification to my phone.  I am not given the option to select another method.
