I Am Unable To View My Camera Feeds On A Second PC

We've been able to view our Alro Pro 2 cameras from my laptop and my wife's desk top.  I can view my devices on my laptop, however, my wife is not as of earlier today.  She clicks on the arlo shortcut and it brings up the arlo bird and it looks like it's searching ... that's as far as we can get.  Both are windows 10 machines.
