Unable to sign up for a CVR Subscription


I am trying to sing up for a CVR subscriptiobn for my new Arlo Pro 2 cameras but It always fails with no error message.

At the Add-On page I select the three cameras that I want to record.

At the review page I click on checkout.

I check my contact details and I have re-enterd my credit card details.

I next get a confirm subscription page but there are no details, the confirm payment button never enables and after a few second I am flicked back to the Review changes page and the cycle repeats.


Is there anything that I am doing wrong?

I live in Australia and my camera subscription is the Arlo Smart Premier free triaL
