Unable to play video clips on phone

Been using the app for a long time. Suddenly unable to play video clips. Been getting notifications of activity but unable to play it. Tried restarting the base and cameras. Even tried resetting them. Deleted the app then downloading it again still have no luck. I’m able to play it on the website but not on my phone. Im using  17.5.1 on my phone. Anyone who can help? Thanks
