I have been unable to access my Arlo system for several days. I cannot log into the app, it gives a non-specific error that just says oops error occurred try again. I also cannot log into the website at my.arlo.com, I cannot reset my password because it gives the same HTTP error unknown every time I try to do anything with the website I have cleared my cash I have cleared everything I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing works and I cannot get a hold of support because the only way to get support is through the app and I can't log into the website to get support either.

Someone please help this system is essential to the operation of my home and Business.

Please put me in contact with support in some way shape or form, thank you for your help in advance. Arlo really needs to reconsider making their support only accessible through an app if you can't log into their app because their system is in error.
