I have not been able to log in for days on either the mobile app or the website. Just keeps timing out. This has happened earlier this year as well and have no idea how to fix.

It's been working here with no problems. Where are you located? For the phone, have you tried both WiFi and cell service?

I was finally able to log in on the laptop. Wife’s app on droid works but mine on the iPhone still doesn’t not. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled but still can’t get on. Tried WiFi and cell. Gives me an initial error code and then just spins and does nothing.

Did you get a recent OS update on the phone? Maybe there's an incompatibility with the app if so.
