Unable to invite a friend. Followed the instructions givin, she receives the email, opens email, ask to create an account. Note that she has a previous account and she cannot change it. She had friend access untill i upgraded to pro2. Would appreciate help

Maybe Contact Support and see if they can resolve the account issue. They may have to delete her account so she can create it again. or remove all the devices on it.
