Unable to add a friend

My sister removed my account and tried adding me back in through her phone. She typed the right email id and granted access. All it said was, the device does not exist. I tried it multiple times and tried restarting the base station and the app but it’s not adding me back in. Can someone help me ASAP!!

Sounds like you're using New to Arlo when logging in instead of following the directions in the email.
