Hello. I bought this quite some time ago but am just getting around to setting it up. I follow all directions but cannot get my phone or computer to detect the base station. The power and internet lights are green while the camera light is amber (as expected). I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting, factory resetting the base station, and removing and reinstalling the app. I've tried everything I've read on the help sites. Can anyone help, please?

When resetting, did you hold the button for >10 seconds, until the LEDs flashed amber? Are you on the same network without a VPN?

Yes, held greater than 10 seconds until the lights flashed amber (tried a couple times). Yes, I'm on the same network and not using a VPN.

Try the web client to see if that works.

Using web client had the same result. Could not successfully discover base station.

Did you buy the base used?

 

If the previous owner didn't remove the base from their account, then you would be unable to add it to yours.
