Unable to Connect Base Station

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I hv asked the pbm on 4Sept :

 

Your Case Details are- 
Case Number - 40432997
Summary - Camera will not be added to the account
Case Created on - 9/4/2018

 

The pbm is still here, I bought a Elite plan on 4Sep,  it should be supported upto 20 cameras.
I bought 3 base stations and 15 cameras.

5 cameras for each base station.

1st base station can sync with 5 cameras with no pbm.

2nd base station can be added into my account.

However, when i'm trying to sync another 5 cameras to the 2nd base station, it failed!

I hv tried many times and the results are all negative.

Last time your team suggested me to wait 1 day after upgrade to Elite plan since your system need to sync.

But I wait for 2 days and the pbm is still here.

Can u pls help?

Syncing the cameras even for the free account shouldn't be an issue. The difference is whether the new cameras are activated for use - your Elite account allows for that. So, the issue is syncing in the first place, not the plan you have.

 

Remove the second base from your account in Settings, My Devices. To be thorough, press the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Make sure the power and Internet LEDs are green after it reboots. Claim the base using the Add Device button in the Devices tab (update firmware if prompted) and try syncing the cameras again. Be sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it.
