I bought this system two years ago.  I have tried to get help and all I get is a run around about how my cameras need to charge a different way or that it is my fault they are not charging.  I have tried my daughter's cable and the cameras are still not charging correctly.  I can't get a human to help me and now they want me to pay for help.  This company is worthless and the support is worthless.  My daughter's system is five years older and she loves her system.  She can't even fix this.

Can you provide more details about the problem, we have all been through the support process at some point so that’s why the forum can help each other’s issues.
