Hi all,
I have owned a set of 4 Arlo Pro2 cameras since July 2018, A couple of month back one of the camera's stopped charging, thinking it was maybe battery related I put in a battery from a working camera and it failed to start the issue camera and nor did it start charging that either.
last week, a second camera stopped charging, I am using an Arlo charging cable and have not had an issue for the first 18 months, now two have effectively failed. Are there any reset functions I can try and if these cameras are failed - this is a very concerning though after less than two years of usage.
Any ideas?
Thanks......

It sounds like a hardware problem but to have both doing the same thing is unusual. What charger are you using - the Arlo one which supplies both 5v and 9v outputs? The 9v output is needed to charge. If using the proper charger, try a different one that has both voltages.
