Turning camera on and off automatically

My apologies if this question has already been asked and answered. Is it possible to have a camera turn off and back on automatically?  Or do you have to manually do it? Thanks for replying.

Read the FAQs here on modes, rules and scheduling. Use of the schedule automates switching of your modes along with blank settings where cameras are disarmed.
