Turning Arlo Pro 2 back on - SOLVED

Saw another closed post where many users had turned off a camera so it would quit giving alerts, but when they tried to turn it back on there was no slider or button on the app to turn it back on. This happened to me as well. Finally fixed it by bringing the errant camera within a couple of feet of the base station and then remove the battery for several seconds then reinstall the battery. Turns out the camera was telling me all along that it was “offline”, not just “off”. Once it connected to the base the “offline” message was replaced with on “off” message with an option to turn it on. I hope this helps!
