Trying to to renew CVR subscription but receiving error

Trying to renew cvr. Keep getting this.

Have you tried to renew your CVR through the computer and see if you are receiving the same error? If you are still receiving the same error, contact our Arlo Support Team so they can look into this further for you. Click here to contact them.

Have been in contact with support. Now my card has bee charged $99.00 for CVR. When I try to go to time line II get "add CVR to your camera to use time line feature.

Issue resolved. Working as it should.
