Trying to reset password and re-enter my system but won't let me pass terms and conditions

I tried to reset my password and re-enter my system and it won’t let me pass the terms and conditions. It states that it’s older than my last review?!?? Can anyone offer advice

Which password? And what are you using to access the system?
