Trying to pair Pro 2 with VMB3000 base station. Purchased Pro 2 but says no device found.

Hi, 

 

I'm trying to pair a Arlo pro 2 with my base station VMB3000.  I purchased the pro 2 from a neighbor, and the battery is fully charged.  I have followed all the instructions on the app, but it keeps saying no Arlo devices found.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Got them working, they were still on my neighbors account. They paired right up with the sync buttons on the base station and camera. Thank you for the help, much appreciated!

Did the neighbor remove the camera from his account? Is your base up to date with firmware? You should be able to simply briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds - and then the camera button. Both should blink slowly during discovery and then rapidly when synced. Are you seeing that?

I’ll check to see if it has been removed from my neighbors account. Base is up to date, and I have tried just syncing with the buttons, I see the blue light blink rapidly on the camera, seems to be syncing. But I am unable to see on the app. Thanks for the help!
