Trying to login from PC to change plan but app won't work properly and computer won't log me in

Trying to login from my PC to change the Plan I am on, the app doesnt work properly to do this and the computer wont allow me to login.

Are you using Kaspersky antivirus on the computer? That's a recent issue Kaspersky caused. Do a search here on "Kaspersky" for solutions.
