Trying to find new device but cannot find. Blinking amber when app is trying to find device.

I have existing Arlo original system 3 camera system. I am trying to add new device - Arlo pro2 base station .

Its not able to find the device.  I followed steps that they mentioned. The light is blue.  It becomes blinking amber when  app is trying to find the device & then it goes back to blue. 

   I have tried reset button as well.  Also checked ethernet cable is live & has proper connection.

 Please suggest any other options to try.

Have you tried adding it from a PC browser (my.arlo.com)?

 

Is this a used base station?
