Hi everybody
I have a three-camera Arlo Pro 2 and Hub Station, they have worked well for 2 years or more, but last week one of the cameras was reported offline. I checked the battery and it had a charge, I charged it to 100% but it was still offline. I did what the manufacturer recommends in terms of removing the camera and adding it again from de app, but when I try to add it, only the blue LED turns on instantly, but when I press the sync button for one or two seconds nothing happens, that is, the blue LED It does not turn on. I did all the possible tests and the hub station still cannot recognize it. I can mention the following tests:
1. Connect the camera with the direct charging cable to the USB of the Hub Station. (not resolved)
2. Connect the camera with the charging cable directly to the charger that comes with the camera. (not resolved)
3. Delete the Hub Station and all cameras, add it again along with the other two cameras, only the camera in question could not be synchronized, the others could.
4. Turn off the Hub Station, disconnect the network cable, turn it on again and try to pair it manually. (was not resolved).
I did other tests, but they are variants of the previous ones and none of them work.
I observe in all the tests that the blue LED does not blink slowly while waiting for synchronization, that is, the problem is with the camera.
I hope you can help me and someone has solved it, because it is frustrating and these cameras are not cheap at all.
Thank you very much in advance

You can reset the pro2 cameras by pulling out the battery for 10sec and inserting again.
You can manually sync the camera to the base station by momentarily pressing the sync button on the base first to initiate sync mode then momentarily pressing the camera sync button while using the app. Do not press buttons for more than a second.
The arlo mobile app needs to be connected to the same network as the base, usually local wifi or if using a pc, it needs to connect to the network router.
It might be wise to relocate the camera near the base when syncing.

If you are using the mobile app for syncing, then perhaps try my.arlo.com on a PC instead.

Thanks for your answer.
I already made the 4 recommendations and none of them could synchronize the camera. The problem is that when I press the sync button on the camera for a second or sometimes longer, the blue LED does not flash slowly, indicating that it is synchronizing.
What can I do about it?
