System not recording and isn't picking up activity consistently

My system isn’t picking up activity consistently. Are there any issues going on?

You need to give us a lot more information on what's going on with your system before we can offer much advice/info.

 

  • what cameras you have
  • whether you are using smart notifications or not
  • what kinds of activity are being lost
  • distance between the moving object and the camera
  • whether the camera is being powered by AC or not
  • whether this is a new problem, or not.
