You need to give us a lot more information on what's going on with your system before we can offer much advice/info.
- what cameras you have
- whether you are using smart notifications or not
- what kinds of activity are being lost
- distance between the moving object and the camera
- whether the camera is being powered by AC or not
- whether this is a new problem, or not.
