I upgraded to Arlo Smart a week ago and updated my app as well. I have active train tracks 1/10th of a mile from my house. Never an issue before. Now when train horns go, it triggers 4 of 5 cameras for sound. I have turned off the speaker and microphone and it is still doing it. Help! This is an active track with numerous trains. Never a problem until the update and/or the upgrde to Smart.

This does not change how Arlo responds to "triggers".
Go into whichever Mode is creating these events. Check the Trigger that sets it off. Disable or tweak the bit that says "When audio is detected".
What are modes and rules and how does Arlo use them?
As it says there:
You can adjust the camera's sensitivity to motion and sound to minimize false alarms.
