Some videos won't play that were recorded

When I look in library and click on 15 second recording I find that sone of the videos won't play....also some recordings are only 11 seconds for some reason....any cluse as to what's going on there?

Both a s5 active and a s8 active (samsung)....I only use the app. If I download the video to my phone I can play the video...but without audio..

Some videos won't play nor will the download.  Neither on my phone or computer, loged in or not.

Hi @rayhal2002,

Try to reboot your Base Station and try to record a video as a test to see if you're able to play the video with no problems.
