The solar panel I recently purchased is completely filled with water after only 2 months of use. Now it struggles to maintain the charge. I can't talk with support without a subscription (???). Arlo claims anything under warranty allows you to chat, but the chat bot system isn't recognizing my warranty. I've seen several posts about water in the solar panel. The one "solution" was to sign up for the subscription in order to submit a warranty request. Absolutely absurd. Can't believe people put up with this bull. I'll be posting over on the BBB and anywhere else I can to attempt to get a response. This whole thing has me considering a completely different brand of products.
