Solar Panel Is Not Charging (Cannot Find Original Post) Pro 2 Security System

I posted a note on this bulletin board last week. It appears that there is no way to look at previous posts.

I received an email from Arlo Support and the url is broken. Even after I copy and paste it in to a web browser.

The email has no way to directly reply.

I have had an issue with my solar charger where an RMA was created over a month ago for a case 40215688 that supercedes another case with history going back to June.

This is ridiculous. I have purchased Netgear products since the late 1990s and this is the worst support/product I have ever had. I need someone from Arlo Support to rerspond agsin with a valid url or an email address that I can respond to.

Have you inspected the link pasted into the URL bar to make sure there's no issues with it such as an extra "https://" at the front or a "." at the end?  SOmeone recently posted his link as supposedly broken but it worked for me so I'm not sure what the problem might be.

I do not see an option to delete this post as I have now found a way to see recently posted topics. It can be deleted by the System Moderator.
