SmartThings & Arlo Pro 2

I am thinking of purchasing the Arlo Pro 2's when they are released here in the UK sometime next year (Amazon suggests 5th January) but I need them to work out of the box with my Samsung SmartThings setup.

From reading various posts I'm led to believe that currently only the Arlo Pro's are supported - is that true? If so, when can we expect the Arlo Pro 2's to be supported?

I have Arlo HD, Arlo Pro and Arlo Pro 2 that are all in my Smartthings list of devices. They all trigger lights etc. When Arlo Pro 2 was first released, it didn't integrate but it only took about a week to rectify that. I don't really use any integration apart from the cameras as motion detectors though
