Shared cameras to my wife and only shows Q camera. Arlo 2 cameras show offline.

Though I shared em with my wife only the q camera shows up and the Arlo 2 ones dont,says they are offline

Are you seeing the cameras (the ones that are offline) online on the main account?

Yes the main account shows up fine, with whom I share it with they show offline

Try having the grant access user log out and log back in and see if that works. If that still doesn't work, have them try reinstalling the Arlo app on their phone device.
