Hi everyone,

I bought Arlo pro 2 with vmb3500 base station by the end of 2019 for my work. I did not test until Covid 19 Lockdown. I think when I set up this, it was worked. And I have to leave my work because of Covid and never use again my Arlo pro 2 with VMB3500.

Now I was trying to set up again with several way. It doesn't work yet until now.

LEDs colors are Green, Amber, Amber.

1: I reset several times the base station and network router.

2: Already deleted all devices under my account. including change account email.

3: Already tested my network and ethernet cable was working. also, my router is showing all connected the list of devices which is including VMB3500. but still Amber on Bast station.

4: I have no subscription because I have never been using yet that arlo. Just one time tested.

Can anyone kindly advise me to resolve this issue?

Thank you.

Is your local router connected to the internet?

The base needs to access the internet from your local router modem.

Use a pc web browser to login to my.arlo.com on the pc connected to the local network router.

Import the base station then the cameras.

Check that the camera batteries are charged, if not charging you can try recovery using article below.
