I'm helping a friend who is on the new app interface (I, thankfully have not been forced yet)
I cannot get the schedule to change at the specified times. I have deleted the automation schedule several times and started over. Updated the app, Uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Restarted android phone.
I have compared to other user's screenshots and this is set up the same.
I have tried test schedules and they will not change either.
I want to arm away at 10pm and standby 6am.
(I have a more complicated schedule set up for another user that is working perfectly)
Images Attached of modes and schedules.
Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?

I have done as suggested, and added all modes, with no change.

The automation change did not happen last night or this morning. I rebooted the base, and set up a test automation schedule and that didn't work either. So the issue is not resolved for me.

Ok. My thread "schedules not firing" has disappeared and it now sends me to a similar thread.

It does not work. All schedules delete and re-schedule again, without any improvement.

@CCM100 Can you please explain your setup so I can understand your issue. Also - have you tried to change the mode manually and has that worked?

In schedule, I have set two rules: 1: During Standby>When 1:00 am>Then Away;
2. During Away> When 4:50am> Then Standby
It have been used after this update years ago. But usually one rule will be disabled after a cycle, but it still work even I have not enabled it again.
But from this week, it could not be triggered, and even it is not able to manually change at first. But after a day , manual change mode is ok. but schedule trigger still not OK.
Sometimes in dashboard, you could see the away mode is on, but it seems fake, the cloud page does not show any change mode event

@CCM100 I’m curious, why is your schedule set with “During arm” and “During standby”? Why not set it for “During arm away or arm home or standby” to cover all options?
