Hi I have VMB4000r3 and trying to add it to Homekit. I have the latest version of the Arlo app and I have also ensured I am on the same network as the base station but I still get stuck on “discovering your device”. I saw that others solved this issue with a token reset. Could I please request one?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Hi Brooke, I have reset the base station by removing power and I’m still seeing unable to see my base station when I set up HomeKit. Could you please advise?
