Reinstalled Arlo app, now cant get in!

Friends! Reinstalled the Arlo App due to all these issues we are all having....now I can not even log into my arlo system! It says that password is invalid and locks me out after 6 attempts. So i try to reset my password and I click on the link on my email and i get an oops you dont have access to do this. I need in my arlo...what is the deal...no live techs ever connected and phone number been busy all day! What the heck arlo team help us out. I didnt pay almost $800 for this...seriously!

I haven't seen anyone else with this problem yet.

 

Have you tried logging in and/or using the password reset link on a PC or Mac?  You might have to use Firefox rather than Edge or Safari.

Worked perfect! Have no idea what is going on w the Android Galaxy Devices...but logging in on a p.c. and changing it got me back in. Thank you for the advice!!
