Recordings failing

My Pro 2 cameras have been failing to save motion events for months. I have tried all the suggestions in the forums with no success.. (Base station factory reset, removing cameras and re syncing them ect). They record manually but rarely on automatic. I remember reading a post some months ago that if factory reset does not help then the forum Admins can re syncing the account on the back end.. (but can’t find the post now).. Is there an admin that can do that for me please?

Resetting the system and starting fresh should have done the same thing as having the mods twiddle your account. However, I'll tag them here anyways: @JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN
