I recently switched to spectrum and my arlo pro 2 base and security light bridge would not connect to the spectrum wifi router. I tried resetting both the arlo and the router but it still doesn’t work. I used to have a netgear router with my previous ISP without any issues. Do I need to buy a new router?
Thanks.

What do you see on the base? All 3 LEDs should be green. If the Internet LED is off, there's no connection between the base and router - try a different cable and router port. If it's amber, the connection to the router is there but the base can't connect to the servers. That implies a router setting that's blocking the connection. Sometimes rebooting the router and base, in that order, helps. If not, you could try a router reset and/or have Spectrum change settings or the router.
That said, I did have one instance which was like this which turned out to be a bad base.
