Really long recording time shown - but only a few seconds on actual clip

Since the service outage a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that my cameras show records of several minutes, some over an hour.  In acutality, the clip is only a few seconds because the video is frozen after that.  Anyone having that issue?

They're aware of the problem and are working on fixing it. It's only the Pro 2 that have AC power, yeah?

This recording problem is affecting the Arlo-Q cams as well, and has been ongoing since late February. It's curently being discussed in multiple threads on at least 2 forums.

Correct, Arlo Pro 2 cameras that are plugged in.  I believe Arlo Q is having a similar issue as well.

A cloud update was released late last week that should resolve this issue. If you continue to experience this with new recordings, please send me a private message so I can work with you to further investigate.
